Mike Adenuga: Awards and Recognitions He received

Mike Adenuga is no doubt a great man. For a man of his many achievements you cannot doubt the fact that he deserves recognition and accolades.

This is why we are going to be listing some of the recognitions and awards that he has received.

In 2012 Adenuga was made Grand Commander of the Order of Niger (Nigeria). In accordance with the recognition of his business achievement and outstanding contributions to the development of the country, he was awarded an honorary doctorate degree by the Ogun State University.

He also holds a Yoruba tribal chieftaincy as an Otunba of the Ijebu clan. On 27th August, 2007, He was named African Entrepreneur of The Year at the maiden African Telecoms Awards (ATA).

During Nigeria’ 50th anniversary celebration, Adenuga was one of the 50 pre-eminent Nigerians who were conferred with the Special Golden Jubilee Independence Anniversary Awards by the Federal Government of Nigeria. There are several awards and recognitions year in year out.
